Katherine is a pioneer and leader in the field of yoga-based fitness for golf. Katherine is a regular contributor on the Golf Channel and Sirius XM PGA Tour Radio. Among her many appearances across a number of The Golf Channel’s prominent TV shows, she is most recognized as co-host of the popular The Big Break. Her work has been profiled in USA TODAY, The NY and LA Times, Golf Magazine, Troon Golf and Travel, The National Post (Canada), Golfweek, Golf Tips Magazine, US Airways Magazine, Asian Golf Monthly, and many notable regional golf publications. She has produced over 20 DVDs/Instant Videos and authored 2 books – the ground-breaking Yoga for Golfers (McGraw-Hill) and her second book, Swing Flaws and Fitness Fixes, co-authored with Top-100 Golf Instructor and then-Tiger Woods' Coach, Hank Haney.

Katherine is dedicated to helping people achieve maximum performance and balance both on-and-off the course. Her leading-edge yoga and sports fitness company, has Certified Yoga For Golfers Instructors in 24 countries on 5 continents and teams up regularly with golf organizations around the world, conducting YFG workshops and clinics at private, public, and resort facilities. A recognized speaker and instructor at golf industry conferences and events across the globe, Katherine also provides YFG training, instruction and professional development through strategic partnerships with golf industry leaders including Troon Golf and PGA of Canada.

In addition to her fitness and performance work in golf, Katherine has been working in Major League Baseball (MLB) for more than15 years, serving as the Yoga Performance Coach for MLB teams including the Chicago Cubs, Oakland As, LA Dodgers, Texas Rangers, and Milwaukee Brewers.
