In the golf swing, everything starts from the ground up, that is why it is important to have core stability – here’s a great core stability exercise.

What does rolling over have to do with the golf swing?

 Many things.

In order for a baby to roll over one of the first things they have is core stability and core control. Plus, they have to have some kind of sequencing pattern in order to roll over and then rolled back.

In this exercise we are going to demonstrate a few things to help you work on rolling no in the golf swing. In the golf swing everything starts in the ground up. The transfer of power from the legs, to the Torso, to the arm, and then to the club-head.
