Hamstring Stretch Exercise

This is a quick hamstring stretch exercise you can do during your round when you are feeling some tightness.

It may not happen a lot but every once and a while golfers well develop tightness during their round. And there’s a reason for that, in the golf world we like to call it a diagonal sling where your lats are directly connected your glutes and down to your hamstring. They’re diagonal because this is a diagonal sport and we have to use a lot of them in that in that cross pattern.
