The Harbourside Course is located three miles north of the Links on Longboat and consists of three nines including the Red Hawk Course.
Many of the holes border Sarasota Bay and our own Longboat Key Club Moorings, providing a quintessential Gulf Coast setting for a day on the greens. While all three nines vary in characteristics, they each pose a great challenge when deciding which to play.
The Red Hawk was recently redesigned by architect Ron Garl, who challenges the golfer with many risks and reward opportunities. More open and forgiving than the White Egret, this nine has water that plays into many shots. The Red Hawk measures 3,323 and this past season the entire nine was re-sodded with the Platinum Paspalum grass. This new playing surface gives you a great lie every time and makes the game a pleasure to play.
