So let’s take a look at the fix this week’s fixes torso backswing.
Beginning by standing in golf posture with your arms crossed over your chest your feet need to be shoulder-width apart.
Now turn your chest to the right without moving your pelvis.
Once you have completed rotating right move to full left rotation of the Torso without pelvis movement.
Complete 15 repetitions both ways. Be sure you don’t let your pelvis rotate as you turn your chest left and right. Make sure you’re maintaining posture while you do this exercise.
