A tour of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Legend Course at The Club at Ibis
Ibis is the only country club community that boasts three Nicklaus-family designed golf courses, in addition to 15 Har-Tru hydrogrid tennis courts, one cushioned hard court, four pickleball courts, an innovative fitness facility, resort-style pool and lap pool, and relaxing spa facilities.
If you are looking for a truly exceptional golf experience, you’ve found it here at Ibis. With three uniquely beautiful and impeccably maintained 18-hole championship courses and a 20-acre practice facility, there is no better place for golfers. The Legend is Jack Nicklaus’ signature course and has been described as his “masterpiece.” Golfweek magazine hails it as one of the “Nation’s Most Distinctive Courses.” The Heritage, created by Jack Nicklaus II, was named the “Most Women-Friendly Course in America” by Golf for Women magazine. It offers a commanding presence with its mounding fairways and large, impressive bunkers. Designed by Steve Nicklaus, the Tradition offers a charm and feel that is reminiscent of traditional Scottish links with smaller greens, undulating landing areas, and contoured fairways.
The Legend Course
In 2017 the Legend Course underwent a major renovation that modernized the course for all to enjoy. The newly redesigned Nicklaus Signature Course has been described as his “masterpiece,” and it’s a favorite of our West Palm Beach country club members, who enjoy playing on the same course that tested the pros as the site of The National Senior Club Professional Championship and the LPGAs Office Depot Tournament. Golfweek magazine has named the Legend one of the country’s “Most Distinctive Courses.” But, make no mistake – it’s a challenge that you’ll ultimately find satisfying.
