Thrust Through Impact is an exercise to help work on your swing through impact.

It’s really difficult to start working on your swing through impact and getting the power whenever you’ve got the clubhead, the hands, and the arms overpowering a lot of what the body should be doing.

I’m going to show you an exercise called Thrust Through Impact. That is actually from the Tathata golf system. So, you’re going to get rid of your club, take that variable, the club right out of the way.

And this is something you can do on the range in your home every single day to help train that body on to what to feel during impact.
