Your torso is your powerhouse! You can have the strongest legs in the world, but if you have a weak core, you’ll notice you won’t be able to use that leg power as well or as effectively as if you had a strong torso.
One of the first things we learned as a child or baby, one of the very first movement patterns that we are able to do that is rolling over. What does rolling over and being able to roll have to do with the golf swing? Many things. In order for a baby to roll over one of the first things they ever learn is they have to have core stability, core control, and they have to have some kind of sequencing pattern in order to roll over and then rolled back over.
Your torso is your powerhouse!
In this exercise, we’re going to go into a rolling pattern. In the golf swing everything starts in the ground up right everything starts and transfers from the legs to the torso, to the arms and that’s not the clubhead.
